FastPass Membership Terms
1. Payment & Enrollment:
Your Unlimited Monthly Plan must be purchased with a valid physical debit or credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or VISA). Tap-to-Pay methods (Apple Pay, Google Pay, etc.) cannot be used to enroll in an Unlimited Membership and will not be accepted for initial plan setup.
2. Recurring Billing:
Your Unlimited Monthly Plan is a regularly recurring and automatic monthly recharge. The credit or debit card associated with your Unlimited Monthly Plan will be charged for the full amount of your Unlimited Monthly Plan(s) (excluding any promotional discounts) each month. If your card is declined for any reason, your Unlimited Monthly Plan(s) may not work correctly, and any Unlimited Monthly Plan(s) associated with that card may be canceled. Customers are responsible for maintaining an active, valid card on file. Failure to update card information may result in duplicate memberships or continued billing. No refunds will be issued for charges resulting from failure to update billing information.
3. Promotional Pricing:
If you enroll in a promotional offer (including discounted introductory months), the promotional price applies only for the specified promotional period. After the promotional period ends, the plan automatically bills at the full regular monthly rate unless canceled per the cancellation policy.
No Mid-Cycle Downgrades: Customers enrolled in a promotional offer are not eligible to downgrade their plan during the promotional period or prior to the first full-price bill. Downgrades may only be completed after the first full-price billing cycle has occurred.
No Prorated Credits or Refunds: Upgrades, downgrades, and changes made mid-cycle do not result in prorated refunds, credits, or price adjustments. Any changes take effect on the customer’s next billing date.
4. Plan Changes:
All upgrades are charged at the time of the upgrade. No prorated refunds will be issued for downgrades made in the mid- cycle. Downgrades take effect immediately; Any billing changes take effect on the customer’s next billing date. You may upgrade your Unlimited Monthly Plan at any time by visiting any staffed location. Upgrade charges may apply. You may downgrade your plan at any staffed location; however, downgrades are not permitted during a promotional offer or prior to the first full-price billing cycle. Downgrades are immediate, and downgrade pricing will take effect on the next billing date. Partial-month credits or refunds will not be issued.
5. Cancellations:
You can discontinue your monthly unlimited plan by visiting your nearest Zoom Express Car Wash location and speaking with a team member or by submitting a cancellation request via the contact form on the Contact Us landing page. Cancellations are not effective until you receive written confirmation from our team. Voicemails, missed calls, messages left outside business hours, or requests not confirmed by our staff do NOT guarantee cancellation.
A minimum of 7 days’ notice prior to your next billing cycle is required. Any request confirmed fewer than 7 days before the next billing date will be processed in the following cycle. Your failure to provide timely notice of cancellation may result in additional recurring and automatic recharges.
No refunds or credits will be issued for partial monthly periods. No third-party cancellations will be accepted. All charges are non-refundable once billed. No credits or refunds are issued for partial months, unused washes, or retroactive cancellations. It is the customer's responsibility to verify and confirm that their Unlimited Monthly Plan has been successfully cancelled.
6. Vehicle Restrictions:
All Unlimited Monthly Plans may only be associated with one (1) vehicle. Your Unlimited Monthly plan may not be shared with any other individual, and it may not be used to wash multiple vehicles. Your failure to abide by this policy will result in the cancellation of your Unlimited Monthly Plan. Use of an Unlimited Plan on more than one vehicle will result in immediate cancellation with no refund for the remaining cycle.
Customers are responsible for keeping their vehicle information (including license plate number) accurate and up to date. No refunds or credits will be issued for charges incurred due to failure to update vehicle or plate information, including duplicate memberships created as a result of outdated information.
7. Pricing Changes:
We reserve the right to change Unlimited Monthly Plan pricing, with notice of any pricing changes being posted at all car wash locations at least thirty (30) days in advance of any such change. We will not offer retroactive discounts or refunds for previous Unlimited Monthly Plan purchases in the event of a promotional offering.
8. Program Modifications & Service Interruptions:
We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Unlimited Monthly Plan, including pricing, features, terms, and eligibility requirements, at any time and for any reason, with or without prior notice. Continued use of the Unlimited Monthly Plan after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.
The company is not liable for delays, interruptions, or inability to provide services due to weather, maintenance, equipment malfunction, or any other circumstances beyond its control. No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued for such events.
9. Acceptance of Terms:
By completing enrollment, the customer acknowledges they have reviewed and agree to all membership terms, including promotional conditions, billing cycles, cancellation requirements, and refund policies.
